YOUR ROLE AS A INDIVIDUAL GIVING COORDINATOR As an Individual Giving Coordinator at MOFC, you can expect to dive right into managing donor relationships through personalized communication. Collaborating with the marketing team, you'll work on creating impactful messaging to inspire our donors. Your role will also involve engaging with various stakeholders to expand our network of supporters. Be prepared to learn about our programs and impact, as you'll serve as a knowledgeable ambassador of our organization. Additional responsibilities will include. Identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and providing stewardship to donors that have the capacity to make gifts in the amount of $2,500 - $5,000. Managing a portfolio of mid-level donors. Tracking donor activity and update donor records as necessary. REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS INDIVIDUAL GIVING COORDINATOR JOB To excel as an Individual Giving Coordinator at Mid-Ohio Food Collective, you'll need exceptional communication skills to engage donors effectively and convey the organization's mission passionately. Strong organizational abilities are crucial to juggle multiple campaigns and events seamlessly. A creative mindset will serve you well in developing compelling fundraising strategies that capture donors' attention. Being detail-oriented is key for maintaining accurate donor records and analyzing data for insights. The ability to work collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders is essential for successful coordination of fundraising efforts. To be considered for this role, a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred plus at least two years of development experience with an emphasis on cultivating, stewarding and soliciting gifts from donors. An understanding of gift acknowledgement, donor cultivation and stewardship and gift solicitation is required. Previous CRM experience a plus.
