Primary Skills: Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) (Expert), Implementation (Expert), Epic HIM (Advanced), Migration (Advanced), Troubleshooting (Expert) Contract Type: W2 Only Duration: 3+ Months Location: Yonkers, NY Pay Range: $90 - 95 per hour Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned consultant to lead in the implementation of a new Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) solution alongside providing day-to-day support for CDI/Health Information Management (HIM) applications including 3M Encompass, 3M CGS, SMARTER DX, PwC SMART, and Epic HIM. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the support and maintenance of 3M products suite and Epic HIM, experience in migrating/implementing CDI solutions (Iodine preferred), and proficiency in integrating Epic HIM and CDI workflows with tools from 3rd party vendors. This role requires a comprehensive approach to application installation, upgrading, go-live support, and troubleshooting, aimed at enhancing operational workflows and meeting user requirements effectively. Key Responsibilities: Implement and upgrade new CDI/HIM applications and components. Provide go-live and rollout support, including user training on new applications, modules, and functionalities. Troubleshoot application issues, and liaise with vendors for issue resolution when needed. Analyze clinical/business needs and operational workflows to create accurate system specifications. Design and execute test plans for system modifications, documenting outcomes and developing comprehensive user guides and reports. Must-Have Skills: Solid experience with 3M product suite and Epic HIM operations. Demonstrated ability in the migration and implementation of CDI solutions. Proficiency in application testing, troubleshooting, and user support. Industry Experience: Direct experience in the Healthcare industry, particularly in Clinical Documentation Improvement and Health Information Management, is highly desirable.
