The Doctoral Degree in Psychology as described under Special Note A. for Assignment Level II, andB. A valid license as a Psychologist issued by the New York State Department of Education; andC. Four years of satisfactory full-time experience in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, School Psychology, Forensic Psychology, Clinical Health Psychology, or Neuro-Psychology, of which at least one year must have been under the direct supervision of a qualified Psychologist or Psychiatrist, and at least three years must have been in a supervisory capacity as a licensed Psychologist.D.
