Join us! **Job Description:** This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of project/small program deliverables which requires the engagement of multiple teams. Key responsibilities include communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, facilitating sync points across teams, providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables, and managing program risk and compliance to standards. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the clients expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline, and cost. **Overview:** The Production Governance and Analytics Team Lead will own and deliver the analytical and reporting tooling for Banking Production Services, aiming to standardize reporting across our organization. The candidate will have day to day oversight for a small team responsible for building Tableau dashboards and reports to describe, analyze and visualize data, along with creating advanced calculations and complex SQL queries. Additionally the candidate will also have accountability for the BPS Portal maintenance and development, delivering intelligent solutions to manage the portfolios, enable automation for data collection and streamline operations across BPS. Individual will be responsible for delivering with the team and providing insightful data that can be used in driving complex business decisions and processes, as well as identifying opportunities across our organization through data analytics to effectively deliver against our KPIs, goals and priorities. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and proposing solutions for a variety of business problems and improvements using data driven insights with the ability to leverage and explore the use of machine learning to help solve complex business problems and explore new technologies. **Responsibilities:** + Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates, etc.) + Manages coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teams + Facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline + Provides status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks, issues, and schedule + Works with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements + Supports resource planning for delivery and execution + Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards **Required Qualifications:** + 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master/Project Manager overseeing delivery of data analytics and reporting solutions JIRA portfolio + Drive innovation and continuous improvement across the data analytics and reporting solutions team + Plan, organize and manage work using JIRA, ensuring efficient sprint planning and execution + Coordinate with our stakeholders in the org to understand needs and translate them into actionable plans + Develop and implement new processes to enhance team productivity and work efficiency, including standards and best practices + Extensive analytics experience working with Tableau building dashboards and reports + Experience with MicroStrategy + Strong SQL development; being able to write complex queries and Data Mining, including experience creating and modifying stored procedures and being familiar with SQL server jobs and tasks, including SSIS + Ability to navigate complex data environment and manipulate large data sets + Proven communications skills in describing complex data to inform strategic insights and decisions + ITSM Service Management knowledge + Project Management knowledge + Machine Learning (Data Models, Python Programming, etc) **Desired Qualifications:** + Bachelors degree or equivalent, preferably in a technical or engineering discipline + Candidate should exhibit strong personal drive, individual initiative, a sense of urgency, and responsiveness + Excels in working among diverse viewpoints to determine the best path forward + Willing to take on new assignments.
