Logistics Specialist

Job Title: Logistics Specialist Job Description In this role, the candidate will assist the Inbound Prepaid Management team in creating solutions and taking actions to ensure that our Carriers are educated, coached, and supported. The candidate will perform a variety of administrative functions, schedule appointments, provide information to callers, and take dictation. Additionally, the role involves composing memos, transcribing notes, and researching and creating presentations. Generating reports and handling multiple projects are also key responsibilities. The candidate will rely on their experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals while performing a variety of complicated tasks. They may direct and lead the work of others and will need to communicate effectively with shippers, carriers, and internal stakeholders to uphold compliance with standards. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. The candidate will typically report to a manager or head of a unit/department.
