Our Talent Acquisition Team is high performing, accountable, and culture drivers.Your "˜Day in the Life':Recruiting:This role will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition.Identify, attract, engage and introduce successful professionals to our selection process by providing candidates with valuable insight and knowledge to a life changing career.Partner with our executive leadership team to attract candidates throughout the selection process to build a unique recruitment experience.Source high quality candidates based off of our Ideal Candidate Profile utilizing all recruitment sources (LinkedIn, Indeed, and Warm Market).Manage your candidates through the full cycle of recruitment ensuring that your candidates are supported along the way and act as a business partner to our executive leadership team to work strategically to execute on recruitment goals.Execute office recruiting plan to reach activity & productivity goals.Build a network that creates a source of referral generation from partnerships both internally and externally within your professional network.Develop, create, and manage your presence on LinkedIn by creatively attracting talent through advertising and marketing strategies.Become experts on the financial representative career by mastering recruitment language to attract candidates.Review resumes for both passive and active candidates to schedule interviews, conduct pre-screen, and conduct all initial interviews for candidates entering the selection process.Utilize and maintain the ATS system to track candidate progress, maintain data accuracy, and ensure metrics are accurately notated to report to leadership on a weekly and monthly basis.Ensure necessary metrics are met on a weekly and monthly basis to reach yearly goals.Other Duties:Highly resourceful in problem solving throughout recruitment process.Maintain effective candidates notes and ensure all reports are updated in a timely manner.Ensure that their recruiting business is highly organized.This job may require some travel to career fairs and COI appointments.This job may require carrying marketing materials, presentations materials or other items that promote the brand.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or an equivalent combination of education and progressively responsible work experience.1- 3 years of experience in a talent acquisitionrecruiting role andor recruitment coordinator experience, including hiring, sourcing, conducting interviews, attending networking events, managing the full life cycle of a candidate.A highly proactive professional whom takes initiative, ability to work strategically to make decisions to reach goals, and is accountable for their recruitment business.Superior written and oral communication skillsDemonstrated use of time management skills.High degree of organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to be diplomatic, flexible, and open minded.Ability work in a feedback and team oriented pensation:Base Salary: $70,000 - $85,000VariableBonus: $10,500 - $26,000Total Comp: $80,500 - $111,000
