We're on a mission to make a positive impact on the lives of patients living with sleep disorders by simplifying the complex process from diagnosis to treatment.The TM will identify providers that can benefit from ease of referral for sleep testing and treatment. Our consolidated approach by providing at home Sleep Apnea testing, Tele Consults from a Sleep Medicine provider if indicated, and treatment management from our team of clinicians including auto PAP therapy, Dental Devices and other treatment options. BetterNight is partnering with Epoch Sleep Centers Coastal Sleep diagnostics, a New England based company with locations in Massachusetts and Rhode Island for home sleep testing and in lab services.The Companies BetterNight has respected roots in sleep medicine. Over 25 years ago we engineered a successful home sleep testing model. Since then, we have grown into a leader in providing PAP therapy and helping patients have a better night's sleep. Headquartered in San Diego, California, we have locations across the country and a staff of over 300 experienced professionals nationwide to meet the needs of our patients.Now partnering with Epoch Sleep Centers Coastal Sleep diagnostics, who have a well-established, respected brand, and the same level of excellent patient care and Sleep Medicine expertise, we will continue to grow on the East Coast. The RoleThe Territory Manager position is a great outside sales opportunity for an energetic, self-starter with a proven track record selling to PCP's and specialists who refer Sleep Apnea patients for sleep diagnostic and CPAP therapy services. The right candidate will have the ability to confidently and successfully take on the challenge of building and managing a well-established market with a 50% focus on attaining new accounts in the PCP and specialists' space. The right candidate must have current industry sales experience calling on Providers in Massachusetts markets.The Territory Manager will be employed by BetterNight but will be managed by the VP of Sales at Epoch Coastal Sleep diagnostics. We need you to do:Identify, contact, develop, and maintain new and existing physician accountsCall on new and current accounts by making in person or virtual visits. (50%+ field work is required)Serve as the liaison between our referral sources and members of both the Epoch Sleep Centers Coastal Sleep diagnostics and the BetterNight teamEstablish trusting relationships with referral partners and internal teamsBe responsible for the retention of key referral sourcesManage business objectives and meet revenue targets including new contracts plus growth and maintaining current contractsRepresent BetterNight at medical and industry conferencesMake presentations and demonstrate the use of medical devices and equipmentSkills we are seeking:Previouscurrent CPAP andor Home Sleep Test sales highly desirableMust have a minimum of 1 year CURRENT DME salesStrong face to face and written communication skills are a mustMust be able to work independentlyAbility to schedule field visits for the most efficient use of timeProficient in using Microsoft Office and Google Suite programs and CRM softwareAbility to drive daily through the assigned territoryMust have a valid driver's license and insuranceMust be able to spend at least 90% of the time on the road visiting clientsMust be energetic, self-starter and highly motivatedRequires a general understanding of HIPAA requirementsQualifications:Experienced CPAP or HST sales representative is strongly desiredA minimum of 1 year CURRENTLY selling DME servicesApplicants without current experience will NOT be consideredApplicants home base will be within their respective area with required travel in the fieldThe BenefitsBase Salary of $70K with an OTE of $96k and the opportunity to earn $200K or more based on a very aggressive compensation plan designed to reward over-achievementMedicalDentalVision401(k) and other great benefitsVacationHolidaySick PayAutoGas AllowanceCell Phone AllowanceFor more information on BetterNight check us out at: and
