Job Requirements:Experience in sales andor customer service a plus (staffing industry experience even better!)Ability to aggressively close new businessMust have valid driver's license and clean driving record (past 3 years)Must be able to pass a drug screenMust be able to adapt to and perform in inclement weatherMust live in, or near, defined territoryStrong verbal and written communication skillsResponsibilities as our Sales Representative:Engage in sales, marketing, and business developmentAggressively track sales leads, based on information from lead generating databases, newspapers, business directories, and other sources.Travel throughout assigned territory to visit regular and prospective customers, gain new business and maintain good customer service (15-20 site visits a day)Quote prices and prepare sales formscustomer applications.Strategize and communicate daily with fellow team members.Record all customer and prospect contact information in proprietary software and transmit reports to management on a weekly basis.Assist with operations at the office on an as-needed basis.Salary: $50,000year + Commission (Uncapped)
