COMPENSATION Earnings Potential: $ 6 9,650 - $ 91,416 Hay Points: 393 Overtime Eligibility: Not eligible for paid overtime in accordance with FLSA RESPONSIBILITIES Performance Measurement Analyst will be responsible for protecting and safeguarding Authority's revenue, property, and personnel through these main functions but not limited to: Responsible for reporting performance on all departmental goals, measuring key performance indicators to ensure compliance with the maintenance contract for the Open Road Tolling ( ORT ) system, participating in the implementation and system performance review of the Central Business District Tolling Program (CBDTP); and performing ongoing audits of MTA B ridges & T unnels ' $2 B illion Open Road Tolling (ORT) revenue collection system. Responsible for collecting, analyzing, auditing, and maintaining all performance reporting data and information in close cooperation with the Tolling Operations Division of ITS & Tolling . Performance Measurement Analyst will assist the Manager Performance Measurement in preparing manuals and training the Sweeps and Image Analysts and spot-check their findings. QUALIFICATIONS A baccalaureate degree in business, technology, engineering, or other related fields from an accredited college. Minimum three (3) years of relevant finance/ auditing, technical experience, or tolling and Intelligent Transportation Systems experience or a relate d field. Additional years of experience can be substituted in lieu of education. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of applications, particularly Excel and Power BI. Ability to successfully integrate operating data into usable reports and effectively communicate problems and develop solutions. Knowledge and understanding of toll collection systems . General understanding of audit and Q uality A nalysis procedures. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience with toll collection systems, auditing, technical experience, inspections, or facility sweeps. Familiarity with Microsoft Power Apps, reporting tools like Tableau, or other data-analysis programs a plus. NYS Driver's License. Demonstrated analytical skills, critical thinking skills, and research aptitude. Ability to handle multiple projects while maintaining careful attention to detail and accuracy. Project management experience a plus. Knowledge of or experience with performance measurement roles . Effective research, analytical, writing abilities, and communication skills . Knowledge of computer software and hardware systems and their application in an operating environment .
