Lead Commercial Service HVAC Technician

The role is based in Lititz, PA, and requires travel within the Lancaster area, utilizing a company-provided vehicle. This is a first-shift position with competitive hourly compensation and benefits. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct diagnostic evaluations, routine maintenance, and repairs on commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, and other industrial-grade equipment. - Respond promptly and professionally to service requests, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations. - Collaborate with clients to identify needs and recommend solutions, enhancing the performance and longevity of HVAC systems. - Complete detailed service reports and communicate findings to clients and internal teams as needed. - Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain cleanliness on job sites. - Manage time effectively to complete multiple service calls per day with a high standard of workmanship. Job Requirements Key Requirements: - 12-15 years of commercial HVAC service experience, with strong diagnostic and repair skills on complex commercial systems. - In-depth knowledge of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems common in commercial buildings. - A valid driver"s license with a clean, insurable driving record to operate a company vehicle. - Proficiency with modern tools and technology, including digital diagnostic tools and mobile service applications. - Physical capability to handle the demands of HVAC service work, including lifting, bending, and working in varied environmental conditions. Key Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in HVAC systems is preferred. - EPA 608 Certification (Universal preferred) or similar licensure as required. - A commitment to continuous learning in the HVAC field and staying updated on industry trends. - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
