Long Term Contract Hybrid Responsibilities: Develop, prepare, and analyze Excel-based reports from SAP ECP extracts to enhance accuracy in union payments, contributions, and payroll GL reconciliations. Create weekly and monthly reports for Division Accounting Departments, using Excel for data analysis and reporting. Generate ad hoc reports based on SAP ECP extracts to support payroll, union, and finance teams. Verify data accuracy, troubleshoot payroll earnings errors, and ensure accuracy for employee and employer contributions. Respond to external Union or Union Pension/Health Plan requests for employee information or payment verification. Reconcile weekly union interface files and validate union payment processes, resolving discrepancies. Assist with union audit data requests related to pension, health, or 401k employer contributions. Perform monthly reconciliation of union payroll balance sheet accounts. Calculate adjustments for union-related deductions and contributions on an ad hoc basis. Collaborate on special projects and reporting initiatives to enhance accuracy. Qualifications: Advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, formulas, financial formatting, and combining data from multiple sources. Experience working with ERP systems for data extraction and report downloads. Familiarity with payroll reporting and analysis; understanding of payroll results (union-specific training provided). Strong organizational skills, attention to deadlines, and excellent written communication skills for working with external union vendors.
