Content Specialist - Amazon

Global Swimwear company is looking for a passionate and energetic Content Specialist to join their E-commerce team. Responsibilities include: Accountability for updating the content and PDP on Amazon marketplace and other e-commerce sites for such accounts as Saks, Bloomingdales, Macy's, and Nordstroms. Able to write, manage and list content on Amazon and other market places Create and update product listings Upload digital assets Write Content Create and Verify Product Descriptions Graphic Design a plus Create Social Media posts for Insta, FB, LinkedIn, TikTok Create the Brand store page Willingness to accept editing suggestions and collaborate with our small team. Ability to manage social media page and align with influencers to promote our product. Needed to thrive in this role: •Comfortable interacting with people whether on the phone or in-person •Ability to capture the visual aspect of a story through photos and video. •Ability to write unbiased and informational content. •Flexible, able to prioritize and willing to adapt quickly to the various social platforms and their specific requirements * Excellent communication + editing skills •Ability to work independently and execute across multiple groups. Requirements: •Experience in editing or uploading listing on Amazon Vendor Portal is a plus. •Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, or similar field preferred •1-2 years writing experience. •Basic graphic design and photography experience •Must be proficient with technology and digital platforms. •Interest in continued learning and staying up to date on what it takes to succeed in a digital news environment. •Strong Microsoft Office skills necessary About us: Diverse team •Relaxed nice office/showroom Prime location in Midtown Manhattan nearby subway & bus stations Full benefits (medical insurance as per company plans, 401k, FSA, etc.) Paid holidays Hybrid 3/2 in the office Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 - based on experience.
