Job Title: Financial Controller Location: Kearny, New Jersey Salary: $175,000 - $225,000 + Bonus Our client, a prominent hospice provider in New Jersey, is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead and enhance their accounting and finance operations. This organization is dedicated to delivering quality hospice care while fostering a supportive work environment. Position Overview: The Financial Controller will be responsible for managing all aspects of the finance function, including accounting, treasury, FP&A, and bank relationships, with a focus on driving strategic growth initiatives. This role requires a proactive approach to structuring and restructuring finance operations, ensuring they are aligned with the company's growth objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee all internal accounting and financial operations, ensuring compliance and accuracy. - Manage treasury functions and optimize cash flow to support strategic initiatives. - Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A), providing insights for executive decision-making. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with banking partners. - Identify and execute growth-oriented financial strategies, including restructuring as needed to support expansion. Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar leadership role within healthcare, hospice, or related fields. - Demonstrated ability to structure or restructure finance functions to align with organizational growth. - Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and treasury management. - Growth mindset with a strategic approach to driving financial and operational efficiency.
