Senior Director - Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO) Senior Industry Principal Remote within the US - work from anywhere Business travel required The Senior Industry Principal (Senior Director), Americas is a vital role in the Enterprise services leadership team, with the main goal of driving business development for our Hire to Retire outsourcing services. You will lead responses and proposals against client RFXs as a domain expert, collaborating closely with various teams such as solution design, program management, digital solutions team, and transformation consulting groups. The role requires to also work closely with various sales groups to find opportunities for proactive pursuits with prospective clients. Your objective will be to acquire new clients and increase revenue from existing ones. You will also act as a trusted advisor to client CHROs and HR leaders, and lead conversations with insights and guidance on how to leverage our transformative HR solutions. The role will require ability to understand the client's needs and challenges and to engage them in a large-scale HR outsourcing and transformation projects. Main Responsibilities: Building strong relationships with CHROs, HR Function and Technology leaders, and Shared Services heads, and ensuring their alignment and commitment to Infosys solution and capability. Being a trusted transformation partner for CXOs and helping them achieve their strategic objectives. Co-leading the HR including Payroll outsourcing and transformation pursuits with the Sales anchors and ensuring a high-quality winning proposal is submitted to the clients. Respond to both proactive sales threads initiated by sales team or reactive responses to RFXs received for HR and payroll services. Engaging with client leaders, understanding their requirements, addressing them in the proposal, presenting the proposals, taking client feedback and improving proposals. Being part of the senior governance team for services transition and transformation projects and ensuring their successful delivery. Providing domain leadership and guidance to various HR engagements in Americas as required. Creating and delivering high-quality content for webinars and whitepapers to showcase Infosys thought leadership in the HR domain. Participating / leading Analyst RFIs and Surveys to ensure Infosys is favourably placed in the market and improves its position year on year. Coaching, reviewing work and mentoring junior team members who are part of the pursuit teams and developing their skills and capabilities. Taking part in or leading cross-functional initiatives across the organization to support the unit's goals. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. 16+ years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience. Preferred Qualifications: A deep knowledge of the Hire to Retire HR functions and latest trends and best practices in the transformation of HR outsourcing services. The ability to interpret client requirements and vision for HR department and articulate the same into outsourcing and transformation solution win themes while creating the proposals. A proven track record of providing CHRO advisory services and delivering value-added outcomes. A good understanding of digital/AI solutions and how they can enhance the HR functions. The ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and influence their decisions. Excellent solution/proposal presentation preparation and delivery skills. The ability to work with a diverse and cross-functional team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Flexibility to work in varied time zones to collaborate with globally spread teams internally and client stakeholders for multi-national clients. Work Model: This role is a hybrid role, based near one of the Infosys BPM offices, with the ability to work from home or the office when not on client site. This role will require business travel required to be onsite at the client's locations across the Americas.
