This role will lead end-to-end execution of full-funnel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and user acquisition while feeling authentic to the target audience. From ideation through deployment, this role will own campaigns that deliver measurable impact, tailoring messaging to the entrepreneurial mindset of tech founders and leaders. What you will do Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design, execute, and iterate on campaigns across digital and non-traditional channels that appeal to tech founders and SMBs, balancing brand messaging with tactics that drive measurable growth. Growth Marketing: Experiment with acquisition tactics, leveraging both digital channels as well as unconventional growth-hacks (influencer partnerships, community-driven initiatives). Content: Drive the creation of sharp, engaging content that connects authentically with founders. Channel Optimization: Analyze the effectiveness of each channel and continuously iterate to maximize engagement and conversion, from social platforms to founder-centric communities. Internal Communication: Work cross-functionally to present and refine campaign ideas, regularly updating stakeholders on campaign performance and insights. What you will need Full-Stack Marketing Skillset: Proven ability to manage campaigns across multiple channels, employing a mix of brand and growth-focused tactics. Audience-Centric Mindset: Deep understanding of the entrepreneurial mindset and how to effectively communicate with VC-backed founders and the tech community. Analytical Rigor: Comfort with tracking, reporting, and optimizing KPIs; ability to analyze what works (and what doesn't) and adapt campaigns accordingly. Exceptional Communication Skills: Clear, concise, and engaging writing that resonates with a skeptical audience, coupled with the ability to present results and gain buy-in from internal teams. Self-Starter with Initiative: Resourceful and able to drive projects independently, adapting campaigns to fit a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
