This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including order processing, sample management, and account ideal candidate is an independent creative thinker who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Order Processing and Management: Process and maintain accurate records of orders.Monitor order status and ensure timely shipment.Collaborate with logistics to resolve any shipping issues or delays.Manage open order reports and shipped reports.Account Communication: Respond to client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.Provide regular updates on order status, shipping, and other relevant and maintain strong relationships with clients.Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and report and maintain sales reports and analysis.Support the sales team during market appointments and Preparation: Assist in the preparation and execution of market appointments and with the visual merchandising team to create impactful showroom displays.Manage market samples and collateral years of experience in wholesale, retail, or a related field.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A passion for fashion and a keen eye for detail.Knowledge of wholesale systems (e.g., NuOrder) is a plus.
