Finance Manager

Job Title: Finance Manager Location: Boston, MA Duration: 12 Months•Key Responsibilities:Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.Analyze financial data and trends, providing insights to senior management for decision-making.Develop financial models, forecasts, and business analyses for management review.Lead the budgeting process, working with department heads to prepare and manage budgets.Provide financial projections and forecasts, tracking actual performance against budgets.Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, including tax laws.Coordinate internal and external audits, preparing all necessary documentation.Identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement.Develop and implement financial control systems to mitigate risks and ensure operational efficiency.Assist in long-term financial planning and strategy development.Provide recommendations for business expansion, investments, and other financial opportunities.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's degree or CPACFA preferred).Minimum 5-7 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.Expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
