Data Analyst - Compliance Coordinator

We are seeking a Data and Compliance Analyst to join our team for an initial 6-month contract. This role will involve managing contractor drug and alcohol compliance programs (FMCSA and PHMSA), working closely with stakeholders, and utilizing basic data analytics skills to ensure program effectiveness and regulatory adherence. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP). The position will be based in Northborough, MA with a mix of in-office and remote work.**Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee FMCSA and PHMSA contractor drug and alcohol compliance programs. - Manage internal compliance reports and maintain accurate data. - Act as a liaison with third-party vendors overseeing compliance and collection site monitoring. - Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, sharing best practices and offering guidance. - Provide drug and alcohol training support and development. - Attend and present at Absence Management meetings for regional managers and supervisors.**Required Skills and Qualifications:** - 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP). - Basic data analysis and organizational skills. - Ability to make timely, effective decisions and work independently. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Knowledge of DOT regulations (FMCSAPHMSA) preferred, but not required.
