Your role will involve scheduling and verifying visits as well as providing customer support to patients, aides and our insurance partners. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a customer-facing role.Staffing Coordinator Responsibilities:Schedule and manage case coverage for home health aides, ensuring adequate staffing for all patient needsUse HHAexchange software to monitor missed visits, verify Electronic Visit Verification (EVV), and address any issuesMaintain accurate records and notes for each patient in the systemRespond to customer service inquiries from patients, aides, and insurance companies, providing exceptional supportAssist patients in navigating their care needs and facilitate communication with insurance providersCollaborate with team members to cover staffing gaps and ensure day-to-day operational goals are metTake ownership of assigned cases and ensure patient well-being is the top priorityStaffing Coordinator Skills and Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent2+ years of experience as a Homecare Staffing CoordinatorProficiency with HHA Exchange software and other basic computer applications.Strong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environmentExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisionsFluency in one or more of the following languages is highly preferred: Spanish, Creole, French, Urdu, HindiMust be able to commute to Brooklyn, New York, 11206Staffing Coordinator BenefitsBonus opportunities of up to $15,000Medical and Dental InsurancePaid Time OffProfessional Development AssistanceAccess to Working Advantage Discount ProgramMonthly team-building events, including outdoor activitiesFully stocked fridge and access to gym programsJob Type: Full-timePay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year + Bonus opportunities of up to $15,000
