Maintenance & Engineering Manager

Job Duties for MaintenanceEngineering Manager:The MaintenanceEngineering Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department, including maintenance and repairsPrepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate staff and resources to each task.Evaluate facilities to determine maintenance needs, and lead safety inspections.The MaintenanceEngineering Manager will coordinate with manager all maintenance schedulingThe MaintenanceEngineering Manager will recruit, train, and supervise maintenance technicians, mechanics, and tradesmen.Develop maintenance procedures and schedules, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.The MaintenanceEngineering Manager will assist with departmental budget estimates and costs of specific repair projects.Participate in the coordination of projects, such as renovations.Monitor inventory of materials and equipment.Qualifications for MaintenanceEngineering Manager:Multiple years of managerial experienceA Bachelor's is highly preferredManufacturing industry a big plus
