Job Description: ARCHITECTURAL JOB CAPTAIN - High End Residnetial Design. We are seeking an experienced Intermediate Architectural Designer to join our team specializing in high-end residential projects. This role is ideal for a creative professional with strong technical skills and a refined design sensibility. As part of our collaborative, high-performance team, you will contribute to the design and delivery of luxurious residential spaces from concept through completion.Key Responsibilities:Develop detailed design solutions, layouts, and construction drawings for high-end residential projects.Prepare and modify architectural drawings and plans using AutoCAD and Rhino.Collaborate with senior designers and project managers to ensure project goals are met.Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors to support the successful execution of projects.Conduct site visits and participate in client meetings as required to ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines.Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
