Job SummaryThe Senior Vice President, Operations is responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight for Ready®'s entire supply chain, procurement, production, and quality functions. This position will drive the strategy and execution of all production, distribution, and retail operations, monitoring and achieving exceeding profitability and revenue performance goals. Job Responsibilities ·        Provide direct management over the full scope of the product lifecycle, driving initiatives to optimize operational efficiency from manufacturing to retail. ·        Evaluate the operational performance of supply chain management, procurement, production, and quality functions to recommend strategies to improve results. ·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of retail strategies with production, quality, distribution, marketing, and compliance efforts. ·        Lead, grow, and direct the management and development of services including sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain. ·        Evaluate vendor partners in all areas of operations and lead contract negotiations. ·        Oversee the demand planning function to connect sales activity throughout the supply chain for cross-function visibility. ·        Effectively hold leadership teams accountable to deliver results by having a disciplined approach to operational excellence and following company policies. ·        Build annual operational plans and budgets. ·        Develop, evaluate, and mentor direct reports. Qualifications ·        Education: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or another related field. ·        Experience: 10 - 15 years of operational experience in the food and beverage industry. Previous experience managing an operational team is also required. ·        Demonstrated success with leading operations in a brand producing and sales environment, demonstrating efficiency improvements and scalability. ·        Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. ·        Demonstrated success with contract development and negotiations. ·        Proficiency in data and analytics tools. ·        Ability to manage operational budgets and contribute to P&L goals.
