We're looking for someone who lives and breathes the intersection of sports, fashion, and lifestyle. As a key player in our design team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional partners to craft innovative print repeats and graphics that captivate our audience in the Men's, Women's and Kids' markets.Responsibilities:Conduct in-depth trend research and stay ahead of the curve in active print repeats and graphicsDevelop innovative print designs and graphics that work seamlessly as standalone pieces or as part of a cohesive collectionCollaborate with apparel designers and cross-functional partners to bring your designs to lifeCategorize and organize design assets, staying informed about the latest techniques and their applicationsManage project workflows, ensuring efficient execution and seamless brand integrationLeverage our proprietary PLM system to prepare tech packs for sampling, development, and productionMaintain and replenish our graphic libraries and team assetsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Art, or a related disciplineMinimum 3-5 years of experience in the apparel industryExpertise in Photoshop and IllustratorExceptional creative vision with a deep understanding of seasonal trendsMeticulous attention to detail and a strong grasp of layout, typography, color, and industry trendsComprehensive knowledge of print production techniques, from screen printing to sublimationAbility to juggle multiple projects and adapt to shifting prioritiesAnnual salary range starting $80,000The disclosed salary range is commensurate with experience and does not reflect the total compensation package.
