The Atlantic Group has partnered with a prestigious global investment firm in Boston that is looking for a People Operations Coordinator to join their team!Seeking a People Team Coordinator to manage daily HR functions, including benefits, talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, training, and performance development. This role involves direct interaction with candidates and employees, requiring excellent organization, attention to detail, sound judgment, and strong interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, handles multiple projects well, maintains confidentiality, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain candidate records.Prepare materials for internal stakeholder meetings and case study interviews.Assist in recruiting by drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, and tracking the interview process.Oversee onboarding, process new hire documentation, and manage employee records.Manage HR processes and projects using the HRIS (UKG), including benefits administration.Conduct monthly compliance checks for offices.Support HR activities, including legal fee tracking, communications, and presentation prep.Coordinate performance development events and track learning and development anize employee programs for health, wellness, and special initiatives.Ensure compliance with data protection, privacy, and information security protocols.Qualifications:Strong organization and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with data entry and database management.Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).Customer service skills and a professional demeanor.Bachelor's Degree preferred; relevant experience is beneficial but not required.
