POSITION SUMMARYThe Clinic Coordinator at 10X Health plays a key role in supporting administrative functions, ensuring smooth office operations and providing an exceptional patient experience. This position includes managing office supplies, mail, and filing, as well as handling special projects with tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management, communication skills, and a strong attention to detail. We create someone who's truly healthy and happy by giving you the missing resources you need to accomplish all of your goals!OBJECTIVESFront desk supervision - greet patients, ensure a remarkable experience for patients while positively representing the 10X Health brand.Maintain the flow of patients coming in and being serviced in a timely manner.Manage schedules for on-site nurses and providers, ensuring effective utilization of time and resources.Perform blood draws and handle genetic test specimen collection, following all safety protocols.Assist with patient intake and preparation for procedures, ensuring a comfortable and efficient experience.Accurately document patient history and vital signs within the EMR system.Prepare examination rooms, sterilize instruments, and set up equipment as required.Support on-site nurses and providers with routine procedures and patient care tasks as directed.Answer calls from clients and direct them to the appropriate team member for assistance.Ensure all recurring administrative tasks are fully executed with attention to detail, efficiency, and adherence to deadlines.Leverage EMR (Dr. Chrono) and other technology platforms to accomplish tasks and organize patient data.Verify all incoming shipments for accuracy by comparing invoices to orders and ensuring all goods are in acceptable condition.Daily reporting on scheduling statistics and inventory status.Keep track of all inventories (office supplies, IT equipment, medical supplies), especially when events or visitors are expected.Serve as the point of contact for the Building Security & Engineering team.Submit tickets to the Security or Engineering team for issues related to HVAC, water filter, cleanliness, pest control, etc.Responsible as one of the keyholders for the PETENCIESStrong phlebotomy skillsEffectively communicate the value proposition of 10X Health to assist with sales follow-upEMR system and CRM database experience (Dr. Chrono & Salesforce preferred) High attention to detail for accurate patient information managementAbility to manage multiple patients entering the clinic at once during high-volume daysStrong organizational skills to track and manage front office suppliesinventory.Proficient in managing high volume phone calls Experience in calendar management, database management, scheduling, and record keepingEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEHigh School Diploma or equivalentCompletion of an accredited Medical Assistant training program.
