Would you like to work with project scheduling while being part of the global transition to renewable energy? Join our team as Planning Consultant in Boston.The RoleWe are looking for an experienced Project Scheduler working full-time as part of an offshore wind project. Working closely with the project's PMO team, you will develop and manage schedules and suggest corrective actions to keep the project on scope, budget, and time.Responsibilities:â— Establish and maintain detailed project plans in Primaveraâ— Carry out progress updates of activities and resource demandsâ— Gather, communicate, and report progress, performance, and forecastsâ— Ensure the alignment and coordination of milestones, project packages, and contractor schedulesâ— Facilitate scenario analysis and support Package Managers in concept selection and decision makingâ— Drive and optimize consistent risk and interface management in the projectâ— Ad-hoc support for project management, optimizing project processes and activitiesâ— Support the PMO team in other tasks as requiredAbout YouBringing the below skills and qualities will make it easier to succeed in this role:â— Bachelor's degree or study program with a technical background in Engineering, Construction, or similar, paired with a general interest in developing renewable energy projectsâ— 1+ years of schedule management experience, achieving outstanding results in project planning, preferably in the renewable energy industryâ— Eager to learn and take on new responsibilitiesâ— Proficiency with Primavera, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excelâ— Ability to turn data into clear and concise reporting for managementâ— Highly organized with excellent communication skillsâ— Analytical mind along with a high level of professionalism, trustworthiness, sound judgment, and a collaborative spiritWorking at LAUTECAt LAUTEC, we value collaboration, curiosity, and innovation.
