Application Support Analyst

DASH is currently looking for an Application Support Analyst to join our team. DASH is a fast-paced Financial Technology service provider, and the Application Support Analyst will be an integral part in ensuring the smooth operation of various software applications within the organization. This role involves providing technical support to users and collaborating with all DASH teams to implement solutions and establish automation. Essential Functions Proactive monitoring of DASH's FIX routing platforms, DASH OMS trading platform and other proprietary applications using internal monitoring and support tools, raw FIX logs and application logs.Troubleshooting of FIX routing related and other production issues.Collaboration with Sales, Trading Operations, Compliance, Technology Development, Technical Operations, and Network Operations teams.Providing technical guidance and customer service for DASH's suite electronic trading products and position and maintenance of technical support documentation.Operational Excellence and Best Practices. Required Education  1.          Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related disciplines.  Preferred Education and Experience: Minimum 2 year of Application Support, Trading Operations or IntegrationTechnical Analyst in the financial technology industry.Fluency in FIX 4.2 protocol (and higher versions).Knowledge of US Financial Markets, Trading Instruments, and Trading Principles.Asset Knowledge: U.S. Listed Equities and Options.Experience with software development lifecycle and agile methodology.Experience with composition of technical documentation.LinuxUNIX, Windows Server, SQL, XML, scripting languages. CompetenciesCustomer focusSystematic approach to problem solvingDetail-oriented and results-drivenStrong organization and time management skills, multitaskingStrong written and verbal communications skillsInitiative and self-motivation About DashDash Financial Technologies is a leading trading technology provider to the institutional trading community.
