A national Financial Services Firm is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join one of their retail offices! The ideal candidate has 1 - 3 years of experience with full lifecycle recruiting. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, fast paced and collaborative team. If you are personable, eager and goal motivated, this is the role for you!This position reports to the Midtown East office location. Currently hybrid 3 days onsite, 2 days remote - may ask for 5 days for training weeks. Once up and running could need to go in 4-5 days for events or as needed. Hours, 9am-5pm.Salary is commensurate with experience: $70-85k Base + performance and placement bonus.You Will:Manage the candidate tracking systems for all positions by maintaining and sending out weekly recruitment status reportsEffectively source candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, Networking, etc.Coordinate and conduct candidate interviewsProvide a superb candidate experience from initial meeting to onboarding processesPractice efficient recruitment efforts to attract top talentYou Are:Highly motivated and strong work ethicAbility to manage several projects at onceSuperb written and verbal communication skillsYou're organized, dedicated, and detail-oriented about your workAbility to work independently and in a collaborative environmentYou can use WorkGrades to collect and manage your references for free and share them with us or anyone else you choose by visiting homecandidate.
