When he looked at the people he admired - artists, writers, musicians - they didn't work and create in suits and ties, yoga gear, or any other fashion fetish. They wore what was comfortable, and sometimes little at all. So be yourself, be comfortable, and the rest will come.Responsibilities:Coordinate with manufacturers for the creation of final products, including trims, fabric approvals, and sample coordinationManage the order placement process, insuring target place dates align with business strategies, and that best possible deliveries are regularly met Ensure designs are feasible and aligned with production capabilities and trend directionCoordinate and problem-solves issue with vendors, factories, and other partnersManage the full wholesale business - increase and drive the profitable revenue of the wholesale business through sourcing new opportunities and manage the efficient and smooth running of the existing partnership network Ensure the wholesale doors are always presented to the highest standardsRequirements:2+ years of experience in production, wholesale, andor operations, preferably in fashion|garment industryDeep understanding of product development processes, from design through productionExperience in inventory management and forecasting productionHighly developed interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsFantastic organizational and time-management skills, works with a high sense of integrity and urgency and is motivated by deadlines and new challengesBA or BS degree in Fashion, Merchandising or equivalent
