Finance Manager - Entertainment Broadcasting and Sports MediaSeeking a proactive, detail-oriented finance professional to oversee and improve financial operations, including account reconciliations, flux analysis, income statement and balance sheet reviews, month-end closings, financial reporting, tax compliance, accounts payable and receivable, and development of financial models for business forecasting and strategic planning. This role involves close collaboration with executive leadership, specifically the VP overseeing Finance and Operations, to drive financial insights and add strategic value across the organization.Core Responsibilities:Spearhead ongoing enhancements of full-cycle accounting processes.Direct month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes for both domestic and international entities.Conduct variance analysis, account reconciliations, and budget-to-actual comparisons.Develop budgets and forecast models for corporate and subsidiary planning.Manage cash flows, overseeing customer and vendor relationships and ensuring timely AR and AP functions.Administer ERP (NetSuite) responsibilities, including adding new subsidiaries, configuring accounts, managing user permissions, and handling system upgrades or support needs.Prepare and interpret financial reports; support both internal and external audits as needed.Review financial operations to identify and implement cost-saving opportunities.Ensure the financial health of the organization by monitoring internal controls and maintaining strong financial oversight.Required Qualifications and Skills:In-depth knowledge of NetSuite ERP is essential.A minimum of 5-10 years of finance and accounting experience.Strong proficiency in GAAP accounting principles.Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.Demonstrated experience in budget and forecasting models.Strong time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced ternational finance experience, including handling transactions in multiple currencies.Exceptional attention to detail, including the ability to review contracts for key revenue and expense terms.This role is ideal for a seasoned finance professional with a strategic mindset, who thrives on fostering continuous improvement in a dynamic entertainment and sports media environment.
