Eden Gallery is excited to announce an opening for a Sales and Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our Sales Director at our SoHo location in New York City. If you have a passionfor luxury products, exceptional organizational skills, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we'd love to hear from you!About the Role:This role is an in-person position, requiring a strong focus on administrative support, customer service, and coordination. Key responsibilities include scheduling, expense reporting, inventory management, and providing seamless support to the Sales Director.Key Responsibilities:Assist the Sales Director in customer service and meeting anize and prepare materials (Excel, PowerPoint)Collaborate with Gallery's departments.Support merchandising activities, including inventoryMaintain departmental organization through and supporting special projects.What We're Looking For:High affinity for luxury products and exceptional customer experience.2 + years of Executive Assistant experience, ideally in a high-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Excellent communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset.A collaborative team player with a proactive, flexible approach.Ideal Candidate Profile:High School diploma (college degree preferred).Experience in sales, customer service, or retail is a plus.Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).Compensation:Yearly rate: 45,000$ with eligibility for bonuses based on experience and performance.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a prestigious gallery and grow within the luxury art world.
