Location: Boston, MA (Onsite) Science: Cell & Gene Therapy Job Overview: Seeking a Research Associate II to develop and conduct bioanalytical assays for preclinical studies on a dynamic pharmacology team. Primary Job Responsibilities:Develop and optimize biomarker assays for nucleic acids and proteins, supporting key preclinical studies.Write standard operating procedures and reports and manage vendor interactions for material sourcing.Facilitate communication within cross-functional teams, promoting a flexible and solution-focused culture.Primary Job Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's in a life sciences field with at least 4 years of practical lab experience, preferably in pharma or biotech sectors.Skilled in bioanalytical assays, nucleic acid techniques, and ligand assays with ex-vivo expertise.Experienced in sterile practices and handling BL2 materials safely.Proficient in Excel and GraphPad Prism; automation skills are a bonus.About Stratacuity: Whether you are seeking a career change or simply interested in becoming part of our network, you will appreciate the ethics guiding each Stratacuity team member.
