Responsibilities:Work in collaborative matrix environment including partner functional areas to support product and process characterization studies, data analysis and investigations.Analyze late stage protein pharmaceutical products with advanced analytical methods including capillary electrophoresis, chromatography and mass spectrometry techniques to support product and process characterizationLead or contribute to development, optimization and troubleshooting of analytical methods, participate in qualification, transfer and validation experiments with a focus on separation-based purity methodsOther duties include data analyses, maintenance of electronic notebook records of experimental data, participation in authoring of technical protocols and reports, and presentation of results in internal meetingsRequirements Qualifications:Bachelor's degree and 3 years of Scientific experience OR Master's degree and 1 year of Scientific experiencePreferred Qualifications:Bachelor or Master in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biophysics or closely related field2+ years of experience in industrial analytical laboratories supporting analysis and characterization of protein therapeuticsAdvanced technical expertise in analytical methodologies used to characterize protein therapeutics including CE-SDS, cIEFicIEF, IEX, HIC, SEC, RP and HILICExperience with CE and LC instruments handling and troubleshootingExperience with CE and LC operation and data analysis softwarePrevious experience in mass spectrometry (MS) will be a plusHands on experience with method qualification and transferWorking knowledge of data processing and analysis tools in Excel and other statistical softwareAbility to work in a matrix team environment and collaborate effectivelyAbility to independently prioritize, manage and schedule multiple tasks in order to meet deliverablesGood written and verbal communication skillsFamiliarity with electronic lab notebook (ELN
