Sample Coordinator - Apparel Industry

Isaac Morris, a leading licensed apparel company, is looking for a Sample Coordinator. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of our product samples, supporting the sales, photography, licensing and production teams in delivering top-quality products to our clients. This position requires great attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage a wide variety of tasks simultaneously. Responsibilities: ·      Unpack and distribute incoming production samples accordingly. ·      Assist in maintaining showroom, T.O.P. and shipping samples. ·      Work collaboratively with our sales, photography, production, and licensing teams to manage incoming and outgoing samples. ·      Coordinate and manage the receipt and send out samples from vendors, our in-house production and photography teams and or retail partners. ·      Maintain an accurate logbook (with photos)tracking chart of incoming and outgoing samples daily. ·      Request ad samples from production as needed. ·      Prepare and mail out and or deliver samples locally as needed. ·      Perform any other duties as assigned in support of the company's needs and operations. Qualifications: ·      Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. ·      Must process outstanding organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks and workload seamlessly, with attention to detail and follow up. ·      Highly affective communicator both written and verbal. ·      Capable of multi-tasking while maintaining attention to detail. ·      Capable of owning and optimizing the sample handling process. ·      Capable of lifting heavy boxes as needed to perform your responsibilities. ·      Have general computer knowledge of excel, word, outlook. ·      College degree with experience in a sample coordinatorshipping department role preferable
