Government Services MoveRelocation Coordinator - Washington, DCOur client, a well-established moving specialist based in the Washington, DC area, is seeking a Government Services MoveRelocation Coordinator to join their team on a hybrid basis.Responsibilities of the Government Services Move Coordinator:Coordination of origin andor destination household goods relocation services performed for the U.S. Department of State, ITGBL, national accounts, and other clients and agencies. Monitor moves and maintain direct contact with customers from the initiation of the order to its successful completion at the time of delivery. Prepare the origin and destination paperwork to facilitate packing, loading, and delivery services for all accounts. Take responsibility for any problems, resolving them to the customer's satisfaction. Reviewing final rates for each shipment and confirming approvals for any services not included in the service description is also required.Maintaining and updating the CRM system. Liaising with vendors to ensure timely and efficient packing, transportation, and delivery of goods.Ensuring all relocation activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.Generating and analyzing reports on relocation activities to identify areas for improvement. Providing training and support to new staff members on relocation procedures and CRM usage.Experience required of the Government Services Move Coordinator:Previous experience in coordination of government, Department of State, and ITGBL moves. Fantastic customer service skills.The ability to work under pressure, Exceptional IT and communication skills. A keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in paperwork and compliance with regulations is essential. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple relocations and meet deadlines are necessary, as well as the ability to work collaboratively within a team and support team members as needed.
