We are seeking a detail-oriented person to support client onboarding system facilitation for the BBVA CIB Global Markets ("GM") team. The role of the Onboarding Case Orchestrator ("OCO") was created out of the need for a figure that centralizes onboarding requests, both for new clients and new products within the GM area, as well as other processes related to client maintenance. The onboarding process consists of several sub-processes and independent platforms, making requests complex. This person will report directly to the Global Markets US COO and work closely with the GM Sales team, as well as other members of the COO team. Key Responsibilities:Centralize onboarding requests, whether for a new client or a new product. Maintain the template for onboarding and review all initial requests made by Sales. This may involve correcting data or resolving inconsistencies in the submission.Responsible for registering the requests in the internal tools and adding them to the database that feeds the monitoring dashboard. Present the new clientproduct submissions to the Capacity Committee and publish a report on the submissions to internal BBVA teams in NY and Madrid to process. The OCO is also responsible for adding and administering the submissions into the internal workflow tools where applicable, and updating the database to ensure traceability. The OCO will also be responsible for updating the prioritization status, determined by Sales, of each submission in the BBVA systems and database.Qualifications:Education:Bachelor's Degree in a related fieldA focus in CIS, IS, IT desired but not required.Experience:Knowledge of systems, databases, data management.0-2 years of relevant experience or courseworkSkills:Basic understanding of derivatives, financial markets and market practices.Ability to interact globally with Sales personnel and other internal stakeholders in both the Americas and Europe. Ability to work independently and as part of a team on the trading floor.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.Responsive to communications and self motivated to problem solve. Highly motivated to drive change with a self-reliant and structured way of working. Ability to deliver the highest level of quality under time pressureHigh attention to detail with the ability to detect and troubleshoot issues. Use critical thinking to break down complex concepts. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered.
