Digital Designer

Position OverviewOur client, an agency in the biotech space, is looking to hire a full time Digital Designer to join their team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that effectively communicate brand messages across social media, presentations, digital brochures and more.This role is a full time, direct hire opportunity. The team works on site in Downtown Boston 3 days per week (Tuesday-Thursday). Fully remote candidates won't be considered. Company offers a 10% bonus on top of base salary.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute design concepts for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media graphics.Create engaging visual content for digital platforms, including websites and social media channels.Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with campaign objectives.Prepare and present design mock-ups to internal stakeholders for feedback and revisions.Utilize design software such as Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop to produce high-quality graphics.Qualifications3+ years of experience in a design role.Proficiency in design software such as Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.Strong understanding of social media platforms and their design requirements.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet deadlines.Nice to have: Experience with video editing software such as Premiere Pro and After Effects.
