Job Description Job Description Overview: The ServiceNow team is responsible for delivering a comprehensive range of application services and automation workflows to internal clients across various business units, with significant growth planned in the coming years. We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator and Developer to take ownership of the platform, serving as the primary point of contact for both technical and business users. This role requires an individual who is self-motivated, pragmatic, and driven, with the ability to manage the full range of ServiceNow modules, integrations, and custom applications while exploring new opportunities for platform enhancement. Key Responsibilities: Own and develop the ServiceNow platform strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Continuously improve and optimize core ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, Asset Management, AppEngine, and Knowledge Management. Provide guidance and support to application developers, helping to resolve challenges and ensure adherence to best practices. Engage with stakeholders to gather and clarify business requirements, providing regular updates on progress and challenges. Lead both minor and major platform enhancements, ensuring seamless implementation and minimal disruption to operations. Evaluate and implement new ServiceNow modules to enhance functionality and meet evolving business needs. Design and build advanced catalog requests and related workflows. Enhance and maintain custom scoped applications, ensuring they align with business requirements. Design and implement integrations with third-party applications using Integration Hub and custom APIs. Provide day-to-day support for the ServiceNow platform, addressing troubleshooting, performance tuning, and other operational needs. Oversee and test development work based on Statements of Work (SOW), ensuring quality and adherence to specifications. Qualifications: We are looking for highly motivated, intelligent individuals with a proven track record of excellence in previous roles. Ideal candidates will have: 10+ years of experience in technology. At least 7 years of experience with ServiceNow, including 2+ years as an architect and 2+ years as a developer. Proven ability to independently identify issues, propose solutions, plan, and execute projects with minimal supervision. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders. Experience building and presenting solutions to senior management. ServiceNow certifications or equivalent industry experience. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Required. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) - Required. ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) - Preferred. A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with team members to achieve common objectives.
