Business Unit: Finance - Portfolio Management Job Title : 2025 Blackstone Finance - Portfolio Management Analyst Program Description: Blackstone's Analyst Program offers participants exposure across the Finance - Portfolio Management group. This program provides Analysts with valuable guidance through mentorship, continuous feedback, technical and soft skill training, networking opportunities with professionals across the firm, and the unique chance to fully immerse themselves in Blackstone's culture. Job Description: The Finance - Portfolio Management Talent Development Program seeks to offer a dynamic experience within the Portfolio Management group to those who are interested in careers in corporate finance, valuation and investor reporting. The program offers a hands-on experience across corporate and business finance groups, through which Analysts will have direct exposure to senior-level management, engaging mentors, and targeted training. Our training program aims to enhance technical, analytical and communication skills, as well as contribute to the success of each analyst in their various assignments, including analysis, reconciliation and reporting. Analysts will be placed in one group within Portfolio Management for the duration of the program. Subject to availability at the time of placement, there are a variety of projects and responsibilities available, including, but not limited to the following: • Blackstone Credit & Insurance ("BXCI") Valuations: Assist in the BXCI Valuation process for the BXCI managed funds by building and maintaining valuation models, working with the investment teams and coordinating with 3rd party independent valuation specialists. Analyze and formally communicate key valuation results, issues and risks to the Valuation Committee on a monthly basis. Perform special projects and ad-hoc analyses determined by the needs of Senior Management. • Blackstone Private Equity Valuations: Maintaining, preparing, and analyzing valuation models across Blackstone's portfolio companies and investments. Providing individual deal and total fund performance analysis and deliverables for the use of various constituents, including senior management, deal analysts, limited partners and internal/external auditors. Support one or more business units across a wide variety of verticals including but not limited to core private equity, hedge funds, infrastructure, energy transition, tactical opportunities, life sciences, general partner stakes, and growth. • Investor Product Strategy: responsible for the preparation and presentation of all marketing and fundraising materials related to each respective business' funds. The role entails close collaboration with internal teams as well as current and prospective investors to field any client requests and provide updates on performance, finance, and investment strategy. Expected annual base salary range: $90,000 - $90,000 Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location.
