Phillips Edison's operating platform provides retail services including acquisition, redevelopment, leasing and management of grocery-anchored retail centers. What you'll do: Maintain mapping and reconciliation rules in Treasury Management System for all bank accounts, ensure bank transactions have appropriate codes. Monitor the performance of all daily cash reconciliations and validation of previous day bank transactions. Assist in the preparation, review, and distribution to upper management of the Daily Dashboard which provides a snapshot of the previous day's liquidity. Prepare daily cash forecasting analyses for each bank and fund; assisting in the determination of the daily cash position and recommend internal cash movements. Responsible for monitoring all bank account administration, including opening and closing accounts, user maintenance, changing of services, etc. Review of all bank account setup documents and setup in Treasury Management System and MRI. Manage Treasury Management team relationships at multiple banks and serve as the point of contact; complete all compliance documentation. Initiate and monitor all electronic payments including internal transfers, acquisition, and distribution payments; Maintain verification of supporting documentation in accordance with the Electronic Payment Delegation of Authority. Manage all payment acknowledgments from banks and maintain payment backup. Coordinate the retrieval and reconciliation of all interest and SWAP payment invoices. Manage and analyze bank fee files for all banks: ensure all bank accounts are reporting, review fees for unneeded services, analyze trends and fee changes. Responsible for all validation, review and approvals of ACH and check positive pay exceptions. Bank research involving wrong lockbox deposits and miscellaneous deposits. Manage ad hoc requests and projects. What we're looking for: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required. 1-2 years of analytical experience. Proven ability to multi-task various projects to hard deadlines, including prioritizing and time-managing recurring duties and ad hoc tasks as they arise. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment. Excellent computer and analytical skills including a proficiency in Excel required. Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills. Why PECO? We are characterized by our #PeopleofPECO.
