As they continue to expand, they are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join their team and contribute to our success. Salary/Hourly Rate: $17/hr - $18/hr Position Overview: As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations. You will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our office. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude. Responsibilities of the Office Assistant: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with a friendly and professional demeanor. Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate parties. Manage and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office space. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and placing orders as needed. Assist in preparing and organizing documents, reports, and presentations. Provide administrative support to various departments as required. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations. Qualifications for the Office Assistant: Proven experience in an Office Assistant or administrative role is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining a high level of accuracy. Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information. Education Requirements: High school diploma is required.
