Risk & Compliance Associate Director of Ethics, Regulatory Reporting Job ID: 92962 In this role, you will design and deliver comprehensive and accurate compliance reporting for various audiences, including adherence to internal policies, procedures, and practices, progress against internal and external commitments, and reporting to governance committees. This opportunity works in the Ethics pillar, which is responsible for instilling trust by amplifying integrity and effectively managing concerns. This role reports to the Director of Ethics. Your impact within our firm In this role, you will: Design and deliver comprehensive and accurate compliance reporting for various audiences. Ensure reporting processes and practices align with federal regulations and expectations. Work across cross-functional teams to collect and validate data for reporting purposes. Draft and iterate reports for syndication to a variety of audiences. Provide strategic recommendations on changes to existing reporting processes. Collaborate with a cross-functional and senior stakeholder group. Lead a high-impact team to deliver against the above priorities. Play a critical role in sustaining and evolving our E&C program. Your qualifications and skills Juris Doctor required Attorney with 10+ years of "Big Law" and/or in-house experience required Distinctive defensive writing skills and capability required Prior experience with enforcement action reporting preferred Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English Ability to leverage highly credible expertise and influence others Effectively operationalizes complex priorities across stakeholders Builds trust-based relationships with senior leaders Strong entrepreneurial drive and ownership mentality Exceptional organizational and project management skills Navigates difficult situations with maturity and confidence Passion for people development and experience leading teams Please review the additional requirements regarding essential job functions of McKinsey colleagues.
