Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities: Lead a dynamic team of onshore / offshore developers and assist Director of Development with transformation of the team to adapt to new agile ways of working and shifting focus to Product Oriented Development Follow Project or Product Management methodology managing tasks and activities within the team displaying flexibility with either Agile, Waterfall methodologies or a hybrid Manage project or product deliverables through entire development lifecycle from estimation to delivery and hypercare Collaborate with other L'Oreal IT teams, vendors and the Business to ensure timely delivery of various tasks, projects and Level 3 Support requests and incidents Actively participate in business and technology planning sessions to identify future needs adhering to a technology strategy and delivery roadmaps Handle multiple issues/tasks/projects of varying size simultaneously and effectively communicate status to stakeholders and management Work with store operations and brand leadership teams to address problems and incidents, participate in P1/Sev1 calls when needed Exercise effective communications and foster team building Partner with System Administrator with internal Retail IT to follow and support an internal production change control process Manage Development Team relationships within Retail IT domain (IT/business/third parties/vendors) Be the main point of contact for larger IT organization, including Retail IT, Infrastructure, Security, Digital and Governance teams Adhere to company's internal policies and initiatives including Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and Sustainability Technical Proficiency: Mastery in IT Agile Transformation and POD Expert level of Systems' Architecture and IT Project Lifecycle Expertise in Point-Of Sales Solutions (CEGID or GK are a big plus) Strong Design and Development of Web APIs (Rest and SOAP) Expert level of SQL Server Development, including Stored Procedures, Triggers, Functions, Assemblies Working experience with Business Intelligence, SQL based SSRS, SSIS or other ETL tools Experience with Batch and VB Scripting Working Knowledge of / C#.NET, Java Script, HTML Proficiency in creating technical documentation and building flow charts Retail background or experience working in Retail environments Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP is a big plus) Key Professional Skills: Strong organizational, analytical, process oriented and creative problem-solving skills Extensive experience troubleshooting, collaborating and sharing knowledge with colleagues and peers Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to communicate with internal and external IT and the business partners Ability to create both high-level and extensively detailed estimations project status reports
