Position Overview: Reporting to the Manager, Customer Service, you'll engage with customers to process orders, handle inquiries, and resolve complaints efficiently. With a focus on precision and professionalism, you'll utilize your strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records and collaborate effectively with internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Engage with customers via telephone to efficiently process orders, handle inquiries, and address any concerns with professionalism and efficiency. Order Management: Accurately enter and manage customer orders in SAP, ensuring precision and timeliness in all transactions. Complaint Resolution: Proactively address and resolve customer complaints to maximize satisfaction and maintain positive relationships. Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate customer files and records, ensuring the quality and completeness of information for seamless operations. Account Management: Open and monitor customer accounts as necessary, while also managing RAM licenses and standing orders accurately. Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to facilitate the investigation process and ensure timely resolution of customer feedback. Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience: Minimum of 1 to 3 years in a similar customer service role. Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) is required, while experience with SAP is an asset Attributes: Demonstrate strong judgment, initiative, interpersonal skills, and a customer-centric approach to work.
