Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Pega technologies including Pega Reporting Pega Platform Pega Application Development Pega Data and Integration Pega User Experience Pega Mobility Pega Case Management and PEGA Decision Hub. Experience in Claims domain is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel requirements. Responsibilities Lead the design and development of Pega-based solutions to meet business requirements. Oversee the implementation of Pega applications ensuring high performance and reliability. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams on Pega best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Pega projects. Develop and maintain Pega applications ensuring they are scalable and maintainable. Ensure seamless integration of Pega applications with existing systems and data sources. Design and implement Pega workflows and case management processes to optimize business operations. Utilize Pega Decision Hub to create and manage decision strategies that drive business outcomes. Enhance user experience by designing intuitive Pega interfaces and mobile applications. Monitor and report on the performance of Pega applications identifying areas for improvement. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Pega applications and integrations. Stay updated with the latest Pega technologies and industry trends to drive innovation. Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality Pega solutions that improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Possess a strong background in Pega Reporting Pega Platform and Pega Application Development. Demonstrate expertise in Pega Data and Integration ensuring seamless data flow across systems. Have experience in designing user-friendly Pega User Experience and Pega Mobility solutions. Show proficiency in Pega Case Management and PEGA Decision Hub to drive business processes. Experience in the Claims domain is a plus providing valuable insights into industry-specific requirements. Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex Pega issues. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to mentor and guide junior developers in Pega best practices. Proven track record of delivering high-quality Pega solutions on time and within budget. Stay current with the latest Pega technologies and continuously seek opportunities for improvement. Demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues. Strong analytical skills to assess business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Commitment to delivering solutions that enhance business operations and customer satisfaction. Certifications Required Certified Pega System Architect (CSA) Certified Pega Business Architect (CBA) Certified Pega Decisioning Consultant (CPDC) Applications will be accepted until 22- Nov-2024. Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 to $150,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
