Couples Counselor

Licensed Therapist position for private pay practice in Lake Oswego, OR. Private practice specializing in working with relationships (both couples and individuals) is seeking a licensed therapist (LPC, LMFT, LCSW). Position requires some in-person appointments at the Lake Oswego office and allows the ability to see clients online from home. This could be a good fit for a clinician tired of high caseloads, long hours, and agency work with loads of paperwork. The position will be a 1099 contractor role with a pay rate starting at $108 per hour/session (with the ability to increase hourly rate). An ideal candidate would conduct 15-20 sessions per week. Yearly pay for a full caseload would be around $87,750 to $117,000. Responsibilities Work with individuals and couples dealing with relationship issues. Core responsibilities include: Conduct counseling sessions Develop treatment plans Provide clinical interventions Maintain clinical schedule Clinical documentation through progress notes Help clients reach treatment goals. Qualifications Candidate must be a licensed counselor/therapist in Oregon (LPC, LMFT, LCSW). Ideal candidate has some experience working with couples and relationships. Prior training in relationship-specific therapy models is a plus (EFT, Gottman, RLT, etc). Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with an office manager.
