If you're ready to make a meaningful impact and grow professionally in a collaborative environment, join us at MSK and be part of something extraordinary.Role Overview: Collaborate with other members of the peri-operative healthcare team Deliver comprehensive care to surgical patients across the lifespan Ensure the delivery of outstanding care and cultivate an environment that centers on the needs of patients and their familiesKey Qualifications: Current New York State (NYS) RN licenseregistration Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia training program and certification CRNA experience preferredCore Skills: Must possess a strong foundation in anesthesia principles, pharmacology, and patient assessment to provide safe and effective anesthesia care. Critical Thinking and Decision-Making: be adept at assessing complex situations, analyzing data, and making quick, informed decisions to ensure patient safety during anesthesia administration. Effective communication skills are crucial to collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and other healthcare team members to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes.
