A health services network in New York City is currently seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) andor Physician Assistant (PA) for a promising opportunity with their Urgent Care team in NYC.About the Opportunity:Specialty: Urgent Care Patient Population: All ages (mainly adults)Hours: Weekday 8a-8p, Weekends 830a-630pSchedule: 3-8 shifts per monthResponsibilities:The Urgent Care NP PA will:Perform assessment and interventions for each patientParticipate in interdisciplinary committees that influence or determine policiesFollow facility proceduresprotocols for admitting residents transferring to hospitals clinics outpatient visitsComplete appropriate documentation based on the established guidelinesAssist in defining, maintaining, and interpreting standards of practicePerform other duties, as neededQualifications:1+ years of experience in an Urgent Care rolesettingBachelor's andor Master's DegreeBoard CertificationNYS Nurse Practitioner (NP) andor Physician Assistant (PA) license
