A health services organization in New York City is actively seeking a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to their growing Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team in the Bronx.About the Opportunity:Start Date: ASAPSchedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pmPatient Population: Adults (Ages 18+)Patient Volume: 5 to 8 clients per dayEMR: AwardsResponsibilities:Medication administration (oral and intramuscular)Monitoring medication side effects and adherencePhlebotomyCoordination of healthcare services for consumersProviding psychoeducation on health and medicationsAssessing consumers' mental statusesCompleting required documentation Qualifications:3+ years of nursing experience with adultsGraduate of an accredited School of NursingNYS Registered Nurse (RN) licenseBasic Life Support (BLS) certificationExperience working with homelessness, justice involvement, or limited social supportStrong assessment, clinical, and documentation skillsDesired Skills:Bachelor's andor Master's Degree in NursingWorking knowledge of Epic EMRs
