This is an exciting opportunity to lead the organization to greater success by driving growth, enhancing profitability, and fostering a strong company culture. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in leadership, financial management, and operational execution, with the vision and expertise to scale the business. This opportunity is for local candidates ONLY. You must reside in the greater Londonderry/Manchester, New Hampshire area only. About you - you must be culture driven, work in a collaborative fashion and have come from an organization that has an inside/outside sales component to it. Experience bringing a privately held organization to employee owned is required. You must come from a smaller organization, $15m or less, and have been in a sales and service organization that utilizes an outside sales and service team of a tangible product. The organization is offering a generous compensation package. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor staff at all levels, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering a collaborative culture. Design, manage, and promote a culture that prioritizes employee engagement and customer satisfaction. Plan, develop, and oversee the operational and financial performance of the organization. Provide direction on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning to ensure the company's growth and profitability. Drive business growth by expanding revenue streams, increasing profitability, and growing the customer base. Analyze and make recommendations to the board on long-term growth initiatives and the impact of strategic decisions. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the company's success and identify areas for improvement. Act as a strategic advisor on contracts and business negotiations, ensuring the company's interests are optimized. Continuously improve operations, sales, marketing, and financial structures for efficiency and scalability. Optimize the company's relationships with banking and legal partners. Provide accurate cash flow reporting and projections to support operational and strategic decisions. Lead the further development of HR and IT systems to enhance business operations and support growth. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred. More than 5 years of experience in company leadership (CEO, COO, GM) within a service-oriented business. Strong business modeling and development skills. Proven success in scaling a business, driving profitability, and managing a sales-driven organization. Experience bringing an organization from privately held to employee owned.
